Common questions.
How does the video call happen?
On WhatsApp video call, at the time we schedule together. A normal smartphone is all you need. Keep 20–30 quiet minutes, good light on your face, and your reports nearby. The vaidya may ask to see your tongue and nails on camera — part of traditional Ayurvedic pariksha.
Is the detailed form compulsory?
No. It helps the vaidya prepare a deeper prakruti–vikruti analysis before your call — but you can skip it entirely and simply message us on WhatsApp. Many patients prefer to just talk, and that is perfectly fine.
What language is the consultation in?
The vaidya speaks Gujarati, Hindi and English. Your video call and every WhatsApp message can be in whichever of the three you are most comfortable with — just tell us at the start of the call. The written forms on this page are in English for now, but you are welcome to type your own answers in Gujarati or Hindi; the vaidya reads them all.
How do I share my reports?
Attach photos or PDFs of laboratory reports, X-ray, CT scan, sonography or old prescriptions directly in the WhatsApp chat after you book. The vaidya studies them before your consultation.

Do you prescribe only your own brand?
No — and this is the point of consulting a store rather than a single company. We stock every major Ayurvedic house alongside our own 85+ formulations. The vaidya prescribes what your condition needs; the brand is chosen for quality and suitability, not ownership.
Can Ayurvedic medicine be taken with my current allopathic medicines?
Often yes, with proper spacing and selection — but this must be decided person by person. Tell the vaidya every medicine you take; our pharmacist-founder's review of interactions is one of the reasons patients consult here. Never stop a prescribed allopathic medicine without your doctor's advice.
Is this suitable for emergencies?
No. This consultation is for chronic and lifestyle conditions and general wellness. For chest pain, breathlessness, acute injury or any emergency, please reach your nearest hospital immediately.
