Where we deliver
Riddhish Herbals delivers across India through reputed courier partners. Every order is checked by our pharmacy team, then packed and dispatched from our store at Jam Khambhalia, Gujarat.

- Orders below ₹400 can be placed with prepaid payment only, with a ₹99 courier charge.
- Prepaid orders of ₹400 and above are delivered free.
- Cash on Delivery is available across India on orders of ₹400 and above. A COD charge of ₹100 applies and is shown at checkout before you place the order.
- To avoid the COD charge, simply choose any prepaid option — UPI, card or net banking.
Delivery time
Delivery within India usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. If your PIN code is not served by our regular courier partners, we send your order by India Post Speed Post, which may take 7–10 days.
Order processing and dispatch
- Orders are checked by our pharmacy team before packing, the same way we check what goes across our counter.
- You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
- Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received it, or the link is not updating, write to us at riddhishherbals@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94298 64284 with your order number and we will check it for you.
Please check your address carefully
Before placing your order, please confirm your full address, PIN code and a reachable mobile number. Most delivery delays are caused by an incomplete address or an unreachable phone number.
If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, or a Cash on Delivery parcel that was refused at the door, we may ask for an additional delivery charge before re-shipping it.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the parcel and the product. We will verify and make it right. Full details are in our Refund policy.
Products not listed on our website
Our stores stock over 4,000 Ayurvedic products and only a part of that range is listed online. If you need a particular brand or formulation that you cannot find here, send us the name on WhatsApp at +91 94298 64284. If we stock it we will ship it, and if we do not, we will try to source it for you.
International orders — prepaid only, by WhatsApp
Respected clients from other countries: courier charges differ for every country and even for each state or region within a country, so international orders are not placed through website checkout. Instead:
- Choose the products you want on our website.
- WhatsApp the product names and your complete address (house, street, city, state or province, postal code and country) to +91 94298 64284.
- We will reply with the exact courier charge and approximate delivery time for your address, along with a secure payment link for the full amount.
- Your order is packed and dispatched once payment is received.
International orders are prepaid only; Cash on Delivery is not available outside India. Please allow us a few hours to reply, as our time zone may be different from yours.
You are also welcome to message us for any Ayurvedic product you need that is not listed on our website. If we can arrange it for you, we will.
Please note: prices shown include Indian GST only. Shipping is quoted separately, and any customs duty or import tax charged in your own country is payable by you.
