Where we deliver
Riddhish Herbals delivers across India through reputed courier partners. All orders are packed and dispatched from our facility at Jam Khambhalia, Gujarat.
Delivery charges — India

Delivery is free on every order across India. There is no separate courier charge.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available across India.
- A COD handling fee of Rs. 100 applies and is shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.
- If you prefer to avoid this fee, simply choose any prepaid option — card, UPI or net banking.
Order processing and dispatch
- Orders are checked by our pharmacy team before packing, the same way we check what goes across our counter.
- You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
- Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received it, or the link is not updating, write to us at riddhishherbals@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94298 64284 with your order number and we will check it for you.
Please check your address carefully
Before placing your order, please confirm your full address, PIN code and a reachable mobile number. Most delivery delays are caused by an incomplete address or an unreachable phone number.
If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, or a Cash on Delivery parcel that was refused at the door, we may ask for an additional delivery charge before re-shipping it.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the parcel and the product. We will verify and make it right.
Products not listed on our website
Our stores stock over 4,000 Ayurvedic products and only a part of that range is listed online. If you need a particular brand or formulation that you cannot find here, send us the name on WhatsApp at +91 94298 64284. If we stock it we will ship it, and if we do not, we will try to source it for you.
International orders — we are happy to help
Respected clients from other countries: please select the products you want and WhatsApp us your exact address at +91 94298 64284.
We will revert with the exact courier charges, approximate delivery time and any other details you need. Please allow us a few hours to reply, as our time zone may be different from yours.
You are also welcome to message us for any Ayurvedic product you need that is not listed on our website. If we can arrange it for you, we will.
Please note: prices shown include Indian GST only. Shipping is quoted separately, and any customs duty or import tax charged in your own country is payable by you.
