Multifloral vs Monofloral — Which to Choose
Multifloral honey is gathered from many different flowers, giving a fuller, more layered flavour and a broader natural profile — a versatile everyday choice. Monofloral honey comes mainly from a single flower, so each has its own signature taste and aroma. Browse by type: Multifloral Honey · Monofloral Honey. Want the difference explained? Honey in Ayurveda
In Ayurveda, honey is known as Madhu and is described in classical texts such as the Charaka Samhita and Bhavaprakasha Nighantu as a valued daily food and as the classical anupana (carrier) taken alongside many herbal preparations.
