4. Your video consultation — in Gujarati, Hindi or English. The vaidya listens to your full story: digestion, sleep, routine, stress, history.
5. Your personalised plan — classical and proprietary medicines chosen across every major Ayurvedic house (not one brand's catalogue), plus diet and dinacharya guidance, with follow-up scheduled.
