About Derperil Tablet

Derperil Tablet is a 10-tablet proprietary Ayurvedic dermal-wellness formulation manufactured by Rutarth Pharma. Each 500 mg film-coated tablet contains a 10-herb classical Rakta-prasadana composition led by Neem (Azadirachta indica) at 70 mg, with Khadir, Daru Haridra, Manjistha, Vasa, Guduchi, Patol, Swet Sariva and Aragwadh at 50 mg each, supported by Shatavari 25 mg. The composition is positioned within the classical Ayurvedic Rakta-prasadana and Kushtaghna tradition for daily routine use under qualified Ayurvedic physician guidance.

Traditional Ayurvedic Importance

Neem (Azadirachta indica) is described across Charaka Samhita and Bhavaprakasha Nighantu within the Kandughna and Kushtaghna groups. Khadir (Acacia catechu) is a classical Kushtaghna heartwood. Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) is the cornerstone Rakta-prasadana herb described in Sushruta Samhita and Bhavaprakasha Nighantu. Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus) is a classical Varnya-Rakta-prasadana herb. Daru Haridra (Berberis aristata), Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), Vasa (Adhatoda vasica), Patol (Trichosanthes dioica), Aragwadh (Cassia fistula) and Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) round out the classical Rakta-prasadana group. This is a textbook Charaka Samhita Chikitsasthana Kushtha-adhyaya composition.
