Late Shri Akhilesh Kumar Mishra Ji built Govindam Flavours into an 85-year institution, researching hundreds of botanical fragrances and building his own laboratory. The Deg-Bhapka process he championed slow-heats botanicals in a copper Deg vessel and captures the vapour into a natural oil base.
