Saptamrit Loha is a classical Ayurvedic Loha (iron) preparation referenced to Bharat Bhaishajya Ratnakara (B.B.R. 8149). It combines Loha Bhasma, iron calx prepared by the classical shodhana and marana methods of Rasashastra, with three myrobalan fruits, Haritaki, Bibhitaki and Amalaki, and Yastimadhu root.
