Urinary stones are diagnosed by imaging and managed by a doctor. Their size and position decide what should be done, and some need urgent attention. This is an Ayurvedic kshara-based preparation used within a physician-guided routine — it is not a substitute for that assessment, and it should never delay it.
If you have pain in the flank or lower back, blood in the urine, fever, vomiting, or difficulty passing urine, see a doctor now rather than ordering a sachet.
Stone 44 by Kapoor Ayurved is a sachet formulation built on classical kshara (alkaline) preparations — Yavakshar and Muli Kshar — with Kalmisora, Shuddha Suhaga, Shweta Parpati and Hajrul Yahood. Kshara preparations are a recognised classical group described in relation to the urinary system. This is an Ayurvedic medicine for use under a qualified Ayurvedic physician's guidance.

About Stone 44
Stone 44 is a mineral and kshara formulation rather than a herbal churna. Its principal components are classical alkaline preparations: Yavakshar (from barley), Muli Kshar (from radish), and Kalmisora (potassium nitrate), together with Shuddha Suhaga (purified borax), Shweta Parpati and Hajrul Yahood.
It comes as single-dose sachets, dissolved in water before taking.
Classical Context
Classical Ayurveda describes a group of kshara preparations and uses them, among other contexts, in relation to mutravaha srotas — the urinary channels. Hajrul Yahood is a classical mineral long used in the same context.
These are traditional descriptions of the preparations' classical character, presented for educational interest. They are not claims that this product dissolves anything, diagnoses, prevents or alters any medical condition.
Composition (per sachet)
| Ingredient | Material | Qty |
|---|---|---|
| Yavakshar | Potassium carbonate (from barley) | 2 g |
| Muli Kshar | Kshara from Raphanus sativus | 2 g |
| Kalmisora | Potassium nitrate | 2 g |
| Shuddha Suhaga | Purified borax (Tankana) | 0.5 g |
| Shweta Parpati | Classical parpati preparation | 0.5 g |
| Hajrul Yahood | Lapis judaicus — classical mineral | 0.5 g |
| Excipients | — | q.s. |
Composition as printed on the pack. Note the mineral load: roughly 6 g of alkaline potassium salts per sachet. That figure matters if you have any kidney, heart or blood-pressure condition, or take any medicine affecting potassium — show it to your doctor.
How to Use
Only as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic physician, or exactly as printed on the pack. The pack guidance is one sachet on alternate days, dissolved in a glass of water. Given the potassium content, the interval and duration should be set by a physician rather than chosen at home.
Who Should Be Careful
- Anyone with a diagnosed kidney condition — potassium handling depends on kidney function.
- Anyone on blood-pressure medication, particularly ACE inhibitors, ARBs or potassium-sparing diuretics.
- Anyone with a heart condition or on cardiac medication.
- During pregnancy or breastfeeding — not without physician advice.
- Children — not except under physician supervision.
- Anyone on a potassium- or sodium-restricted diet.

Not a substitute for medical assessment of urinary symptoms: seek medical attention for flank pain, blood in the urine, fever, vomiting or difficulty passing urine. Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice. Not for children except under physician supervision. Keep out of reach of children. Results may vary from person to person.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Stone 44?
An Ayurvedic sachet formulation from Kapoor Ayurved built on classical kshara (alkaline) preparations — Yavakshar and Muli Kshar — with Kalmisora, Shuddha Suhaga, Shweta Parpati and Hajrul Yahood, used within a physician-guided routine.
What is in it?
Yavakshar 2 g, Muli Kshar 2 g, Kalmisora 2 g, Shuddha Suhaga 0.5 g, Shweta Parpati 0.5 g and Hajrul Yahood 0.5 g per sachet, with excipients. That is roughly 6 g of alkaline potassium salts per sachet.
How is it taken?
Only as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic physician, or exactly as printed on the pack. The pack guidance is one sachet on alternate days dissolved in a glass of water.
Can I take this instead of seeing a doctor about a urinary stone?
No. Stones are diagnosed by imaging and their size and position decide what should be done. Some need urgent attention. Get assessed first; this does not replace that.
Who should be careful with it?
Anyone with a kidney, heart or blood-pressure condition, anyone on medication affecting potassium, anyone on a restricted-potassium or restricted-sodium diet, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and children.
Can it be taken with other medicines?
Only with your doctor's knowledge. Show them the composition — the potassium content is the part that matters.
When should I stop and seek medical help?
Immediately, for flank or lower-back pain, blood in the urine, fever, vomiting, or difficulty passing urine.
Who manufactures it?
Kapoor Ayurved. Riddhish Herbals supplies it as a genuine, bill-provided product and has served customers since 2015.
How should it be stored?
In a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture, out of reach of children.
