This product contains Sarpagandha (Rauwolfia serpentina), which is listed in Schedule E(1) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. The label caution for such preparations is “To be taken under medical supervision.”
Sarpagandha is a potent dravya. It is not suitable for everyone, it interacts with several classes of modern medicine — including blood-pressure medicines and antidepressants — and it is not appropriate for a person with low mood or a history of depression. This is not a capsule to start on your own judgement, and Riddhish Herbals prints no self-serve dose for it on this page.
Take it only if a qualified Ayurvedic physician who knows your history has prescribed it for you. If you are struggling with sleep, worry or low mood, please speak to a doctor — that conversation matters more than any capsule.

About Sukoon Capsules
Sukoon is a multi-herb Ayurvedic capsule from Kapoor Ayurved combining classical medhya dravyas — Brahmi, Shankhpushpi and Jatamansi — with Ashwagandha, Manjishtha, Rakta Chandan, Gaojawan, Saunf and Sarpagandha.
Brahmi, Shankhpushpi and Jatamansi are among the best-known dravyas of the classical Medhya Rasayana group. Sarpagandha sits in a different category altogether, which is why the caution above comes before anything else on this page.

About Brahmi, Shankhpushpi and Jatamansi
Classical Ayurveda groups a small number of dravyas as Medhya Rasayana — those traditionally described in relation to medha and the mind. Brahmi, Shankhpushpi and Jatamansi are three of the best known. Our guide to Brahmi vs Shankhpushpi explains how the classical texts distinguish them.
These are traditional descriptions of the dravyas' classical character. They are not claims that this product diagnoses, prevents or alters any condition.
How to Use
Only exactly as prescribed by a qualified Ayurvedic physician who has assessed you. Because this formulation contains a Schedule E(1) dravya, Riddhish Herbals publishes no dose on this listing. Follow your physician's direction and the printed pack.
