About Suvarna Shakti Bindu
Suvarna Shakti Bindu is Shree Shanker Ayurvedic Pharmacy’s Suvarna Prashan preparation — a child-care Swarna Prashan given as drops, carrying a trace of gold (Suvarna) alongside a broad group of Medhya and digestive herbs including Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, Vacha, Guduchi, Jyotishmati and Trikatu.
This is the genuine Shree Shanker (Ayurved — The Health Generator) preparation, supplied by Riddhish Herbals with a bill and doctor-guided selection. The composition below is reproduced from the approved pack.
The Ayurvedic Sanskara behind it
Swarna Prashana (also written Suvarna Prashana / Swarnaprash) is one of the classical Ayurvedic Sanskaras for children, described in the Kashyapa Samhita (Sutrasthana). Traditionally, a trace of Swarna (gold) Bhasma is given with honey and ghee and a group of Medhya (intellect-supporting) and Balya (strength-giving) herbs, classically administered in the morning and often on Pushya Nakshatra.
The classical verse reads: “Suvarnaprashanaṁ hi etat medha-agni-bala-vardhanam, ayushyaṁ mangalaṁ puṇyaṁ … ” (Kashyapa Samhita) — it is classically described as medha-agni-bala-vardhanam: supporting a child’s medha (intellect), agni (digestive fire) and bala (strength). These are traditional classical attributions, shared for context; they are not medical claims, and the right schedule for a child is set by your Vaidya.
