            This formulation is very beneficial in Rakta alpata, Shoth in yakrit, and disease happened due to that because it has Punarnava, Mandur bhasma, and Gau-mutra.  There are mainly 3 causes of Shoth. Malfunctions in Hraday, Vrukka and Yakrit. Mandur bhamsa of this formulation specifically give benefits to Hraday and Rakta. Where as Gau-mutra give strength to Digestive organs like Yakrit, Vrukka and Antra etc. and Punarnava is best Mootral and best Shothahara herb.
