            The effect of Rasa sindur is on the Phuphphus and Swasavahiniya. In Kapha-predominant diseases, this rasayana acts as expectorant and removes the contaminated kapha from the respiratory system. This rasayana purifies the kapha dhatu and provides strength to the Phuphphus by removing Phuphphus shoth.

Vatankur swarasa                               As required

Indication:

Swasa-kasa, Dhatukshinata, Hradayroga, Kaphapradhan prameha, Phuphus shoth and Jwara caused by it.

Precaution during Usage:

It should not be used by patients with Pitta-dominant prakriti, in Shushka kasa and in pitta-dominant diseases.

Dose and Anupan:

62 to 125 mg twice a day with Honey, Adarak swarasa, or Pippali churna or as per physician's advice.
