Eclipta alba has been the subject of published research exploring its traditionally recognised role in hair care. How to Use

For a hair mask, mix 1–2 teaspoons with water, curd or aloe vera gel into a smooth paste, apply to scalp and lengths, leave 30–40 minutes, then rinse well. For an oil infusion, warm gently with coconut or sesame oil and apply as a scalp treatment. Suggested use is 1–2 times a week, or as directed by your Ayurvedic physician.
